THE COMMUNITY POT

Play. Give back.
Understand the split.

At least half of distributable profit funds community projects.
The community’s share rises from 50% to 99% as Tony reaches his milestones.

The reporting record

UPDATED OCTOBER 19, 2026

No reconciled financial statement or donation receipt has been published here yet. Until those records are available, we do not present a revenue total, expense total or amount donated as a verified result.

Financial reports

Awaiting the first reconciled reporting period.

Donation receipts

No payment evidence published yet.

Recipient announcements

Recipients will be named with their payment status and supporting records.

Each published report must distinguish money received, documented costs, reserves, community allocations, payments and unpaid balances. The worked example below explains the rules; it is not a report of actual earnings or giving.

City supplies and game scores are fictional progress. They do not measure donations or the value of individual advertising interactions. Questions about a report or receipt? Contact Tony.

How the split works

GIVING POLICY

The split is 50/50 at the first milestone only. Tony’s share then falls to 40%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 10% and finally 1% of future distributable profit. See the seven milestones and what Tony’s share pays for. These rates apply to distributable profit from advertising, Patreon and any future merchandise sales. Personal milestone spending comes from Tony’s share, not project costs.

Worked example: how $1,000 would be allocated

Illustration only. Every dollar amount in this example is hypothetical, including payments described as paid or delivered.

01 · Money comes in$1,000Illustrative revenue received
02 · Pay the bills$200Example operating bills paid
03 · Save for future bills$100Still in the bank. Not paid to Tony.
04 · Split what is left$700$350 for projects + $350 for Tony

The $100 for future bills is set aside before the split. It is separate from the community’s $50 waiting to be paid below. The reserve is limited by the approved savings target—not a new automatic $100 deduction every month.

STEP 1 EXAMPLE · THE REMAINING PROFIT SPLITS EQUALLY

50% · THE COMMUNITY POT

$350

For verified community projects

$300 deliveredAlready paid to projects$50 still owedStays in the pot until paid

No costs or owner payouts come out of the community’s allocated share.

50% · TONY’S SHARE BEFORE PAYMENT CHECKS

$350

Promised share. Not all available to take.

$250Already paid to Tony or his business
$200 to Tony + $50 to Makko
$300Total allowed so far
Because projects have received $300

$50 more can be paid to Tony now. Of his $350 direct share, $200 is paid and $150 is unpaid: $50 can be paid now; $100 must wait.

Why does Makko count too?

Tony owns Makko. The $50 art bill is included in the $200 operating costs above. We also count it when checking how much Tony and his business have received. It is one payment, counted in two checks—not two expenses.

Even after the community’s full $350 is paid, Tony and Makko together cannot receive more than $350. With $50 already paid to Makko, Tony’s direct payments are limited to $300. Any blocked owner share stays unpaid.

Saved for bills: $100

Held before the split. Can pay approved operating bills. Cannot be taken as Tony’s income.

Waiting for projects: $50

Part of the community’s $350. Can only go to verified projects. Cannot pay operating bills or Tony.

Why hasn’t the $50 reached a project yet? This is an example of a payment still waiting to be made. A real report must show the reason, the intended recipient when selected, and the payment status. There is no extra $50 fee or deduction.

Where is every dollar right now?

Of the $1,000 received: $200 paid in operating bills + $300 paid to projects + $200 paid directly to Tony = $700 already paid out.

The other $300 is still held: $100 for future operating bills + $50 owed to projects + $150 of Tony’s share not yet paid. Those three balances stay separate. Makko’s $50 is already inside the $200 bills; do not add it again.

Reserve policy and cost controls

The approved reserve target is one month of operating costs, based on the trailing three-month average. Additions and releases will be shown separately. Reserve cash is not compensation. Gifted credits are noncash support, not a fictional cash expense. Existing production subscriptions still need their project-funded share confirmed.

The promises behind the numbers

Community input. Tony decides.

Tony plans to invite recipient recommendations from the featured politicians, and may choose aligned community causes if they do not respond. Their participation or endorsement is not assumed. Tony has final say; site ballots and member voting are not available yet.

Projects, not politicians.

Verified community efforts only. No campaigns or recipients from which recommending politicians could financially benefit.

A $50 monthly giving floor.

If the site gives less than $50 in a month, Tony personally covers the difference, with his top-up going to a local Seattle cause. $30 from the site means $20 from Tony; $0 means $50; $50 or more means no top-up. His personal gift is not a project expense and never increases his payout limit.

Receipts, not promises.

Actual payments need redacted evidence. Allocations and estimates stay clearly labeled.

Community participation

Optional accounts save game progress. They do not provide recipient voting. There is no active ballot, spending-weighted vote or nomination calendar. Any future participation system will be explained before it opens. The external newsletter signup is optional and separate from playing.

Reporting, corrections and owner compensation

No reconciled financial statement or donation receipt has been published on this page yet. The figures above are a worked example, not actual project revenue or giving. Monthly statements will show the reporting period, revenue received by source, fees and refunds once, documented costs, reserve additions and releases, milestone rate changes, allocated shares, payments, unpaid balances and owner benefit. Tony’s personal top-ups will have their own line and evidence. Corrections remain visible.

The owner ceiling is cumulative: direct compensation plus related-party payments cannot exceed actual project public-benefit payments. Personal gifts do not raise that ceiling. This single-month example assumes no opening balances; the production ledger must carry balances forward.

Policy updates and corrections

October 19, 2026: Made the publication status of reports and receipts prominent and separated the hypothetical money example from actual reporting. Giving percentages, the monthly giving floor and spending limits are unchanged.

October 11, 2026: Reconciled the giving policy with Tony’s approved milestone schedule: the community share starts at 50% and rises to 99%. Corrected the $50 pledge to a top-up of the monthly total, not an extra $50. Removed the unimplemented voting calculator and calendar. The financial example remains illustrative.

At a milestone, the new rate applies only to future distributable profit beyond that threshold; earlier payouts are not recalculated. Milestones follow Tony’s cumulative profit payouts across months and years. The community percentage never steps backward.
